3.4 You must not sell, transfer, purchase, or otherwise acquire another person's account.

3.7 Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account may only be closed if it carries no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests.

4. Customer Warranties

5. Identity Verification and Checks
5.1 You are required to provide all documentation and information requested by the Company in connection with account management, identity verification, or source-of-funds checks. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.2 The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, apply additional verification procedures before or after processing deposits or withdrawal requests (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer checks).
5.3 Requested documents must be provided within 30 days of the request being made. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments and/or suspend your account until the required documentation is received, and to permanently close your account in the event of non-compliance. 6. Account Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals
6.1 All financial operations associated with your account are processed by the Company, a designated payment system operator, and/or an authorised third party.
6.2 Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through payment methods available on the Website.
6.3 Your account balance is not a bank deposit and is not subject to insurance, asset-backing, or any other guarantee. No interest accrues on deposited or active funds.
6.4 By making a deposit, you authorise the Company to deduct any applicable fines or amounts owed from your balance in connection with your use of the Website. You also agree not to initiate chargebacks on deposited funds.

6.6 Refund Policy

- 6.6.7 In all cases where a refund is issued, any bonuses and associated winnings will be deducted before the refund amount is calculated.

6.8 A minimum funds rollover of x1 (one time) applies before a withdrawal can be made. If the wagered amount falls below the deposit amount, the Company reserves the right to cancel all winnings and retain:

- A commission of 15% where the deposit was made via bank card or bank transfer
6.9 The Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal where fraud, collusion, or illegal activity is suspected.

6.11 All withdrawals are subject to daily and monthly limits based on VIP level:

6.12 A customer's VIP level is determined by their betting activity during the 90 calendar days preceding the withdrawal request. Where a customer has not placed active bets for a period of one month, their VIP status will be automatically reduced to the lowest level.
6.13 A maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawal requests may be held on an account at any one time.
6.14 The Company reserves the right to apply individual payment schedules, set minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and determine processing timeframes, which may vary based on withdrawal method, account level, or other relevant factors.
6.15 Withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 3 business days of submission, or 3 business days after the previous withdrawal was settled. The financial department operates Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT.
6.16 The Company may delay processing of a withdrawal request in order to carry out identity, balance, source-of-funds, or compliance checks.
6.17 Customer funds are held separately from the Company's own operating funds in dedicated client bank accounts, providing protection in the event of insolvency.
6.18 Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 180 days will be classified as Inactive Accounts. A monthly administration fee of 10 AUD may be applied to inactive accounts for the duration of their inactivity.
6.19 In the event of a software malfunction or erroneous financial transaction, the Company reserves the right to reverse any incorrectly credited funds and undertakes to restore any incorrectly debited amounts within 30 days of the error being identified.
6.20 Where the Company has inadvertently credited a customer's account with funds due to a technical error, such funds remain the property of the Company and will be reclaimed from the account.
6.21 The Company accepts no liability for any security breach or misuse of information arising from a customer entering sensitive data into an incorrect field on the Website.
6.22 The Company reserves the right to impose a minimum account activity period before a withdrawal can be made, or to withhold payment where reasonable grounds exist to question the legality of a deposit or withdrawal.
6.23 You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, levies, and associated costs arising from any winnings obtained through the Website.
7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.9 The Company reserves the right to amend the list of games eligible for wagering contributions at any time and without prior notice. The maximum permitted bet while playing with active bonus funds is 8 AUD per single bet or spin.
7.10 Where a bet exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit is placed while bonus funds are active, the Company reserves the right to void any resulting winnings.
7.11 Bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
7.12 If you hold an active bonus and wish to have it removed from your account, you may request its removal. Please note that doing so will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated in connection with it.
7.13 If a withdrawal request is submitted while a wagering requirement remains incomplete, the associated bonus and all related winnings will be cancelled.
